Call-Back Programs


 

Person to Person Quality manages “call-back programs” for many of its clients.  A call-back program involves our trained interviewers contacting a sampling of customers who have recently interacted with your business or organization through a purchase, call, or other important way.  You want to collect feedback about the experience.  The call-back interviews typically take place within one-to-seven days of the interaction, depending on the level of detail needed about the experience.  Timeliness in execution is key.

 

Examples include interviewing a bank customer who just opened a new deposit account at one of our client’s branches, to capture the new customer’s first impressions of the client bank to ensure that initial expectations are being met or exceeded.  Or a doctors’ group that wants to make sure its patients were fully satisfied with a recent visit and would feel comfortable, for example, recommending the practitioner to others. 

 

These programs provide essential feedback on the impressions your business or organization is making when it interacts with your customers or members, and helps you identify strengths and weaknesses so you can emphasize optimal behaviors and processes in your employee training programs.
